Instructions for Authors

Prospective presenters are asked to submit their paper through the Conference web site. The submission of a paper requires the electronic submission of a 2-page Extended Abstract (PDF format only).

The paper must be in English, and should present material that is novel and preferably unpublished at the time of the Conference.

To submit an abstract you must first log in or create an account on (in the top right login menu). Then from “My Space > Submissions”, you can submit an abstract prepared according to the  MS Word and LaTeX template files provided here:

Authors of accepted Extended Abstracts can submit an optional Full Paper (6-10 pages) as well.
Acceptance of a paper is based on the requirement of the author to present the accepted paper at the Conference.
