(1) Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. All Students must present a valid student photo identification that includes an ID number and “Valid Thru” date.

(2) To encourage multiplicity of speakers, extra handling fees will be applied to speakers delivering more than one presentation. For n presentations (n>1) by the same speaker, extra handling fees will be (n-1) x100 euros.
